How long will my order take to arrive? Because our products are handmade, orders take 3-4 business days to ship out, plus 3-5 business days to be delivered. We appreciate your patience as we grow.

Do you have vegan options? Not at the moment but we are sure working on it.

Is your Dulce de Leche 100% organic? Yes, it's certified organic. 

Are you alfajores 100% gluten free? Yes, in our kitchen we don't use any other flour that's not almond, coconut or tapioca flour.

What is your refund policy? Since our alfajores are made-to-order, we do not accept returns but if there's an error with your order please email us at sales@dolccelina.com. If your Dulce de Leche jar arrived broken or your order was lost by the mail service, we are more than happy to send you a replacement order free of charge.

Where can I buy Dolccelina? We are available at Bacio di Latte, Guido's Marketplace, and Beauty Box. If you're interested in selling our goodies, please email us at sales@dolccelina.com

Do I need to refrigerate my alfajores? Even though they are shelf-stable, our alfajores should be refrigerated to keep fresh longer. Consume within two weeks for best taste. 

Do I need to refrigerate the dulce de leche? How long does it last? Yes, please refrigerate after opening. Best to consume within 2 months.
